The New Mexico District Export Council mission is to empower every company in New Mexico to become a successful exporter and compete in the global marketplace. We are committed to advancing international trade opportunities that strengthen New Mexico’s economy, create jobs, and showcase the innovation and quality of products made throughout our state.

We proudly support the worldwide export of New Mexico’s agricultural products, industrial goods, computer and electronic products, electrical equipment and machinery, and specialized chemical products. New Mexico’s leading export industries include integrated circuits (semiconductors), office machine parts, computer storage devices, telecommunications equipment, mechanical appliances, power supplies, photovoltaic semiconductor devices, dairy products including cheese and whey, tree nuts, and many other products that represent the strength and diversity of our state’s economy.

Through education, partnerships, advocacy, and global business development, the Council works to position New Mexico as a world-class leader in international commerce, innovation, manufacturing, agriculture, and technology exports.
