Rob Dzur holds a B.A. in Spanish and M.A. in Geography from the University of Arkansas. After graduating with his master's degree in 1994, he worked at the U of A Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies (CAST) managing mapping projects. In 1998, he joined a World Bank project in Bolivia, where he spent four years working on international development initiatives related to land tenure. Since 2004, Rob has led mapping projects as a Senior Vice President at Bohannan Huston, Inc., headquarter in Albuquerque, NM. Rob has also served on the Board of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber since 2018 where he currently leads the Chamber’s International Trade Committee
Jerry Pacheco - Vice Chair
Executive Director of the International Business Accelerator, the only state-wide international trade counseling program, based in Santa Teresa, NM. He also is an industrial business recruiter based in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, who is responsible for the recruitment and attraction of approximately $2 billion of investment, and the creation of more than 7,000 jobs to New Mexico’s border region.
He is the founder and President of the Border Industrial Association (120 industrial members), former Board Director of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank-El Paso Branch, Board member of the Naat'áanii (Navajo Nation) Development Corporation, U.S. Global Leadership Coalition New Mexico Advisory Committee Member, and a syndicated columnist (Business Across Borders) on international affairs, whose column regularly appears in the Albuquerque Journal, El Paso, Inc., Camino Real Media (in Spanish), and KRWG Media. As an expert on global trade and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Pacheco has testified as an expert witness on NAFTA before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee in Washington, D.C., the Department of Homeland Security’s Subcommittee on Oversight, Management, and Accountability, the German Parliament (Bundestag), and had personal discussions on cross-border trade with four Mexican presidents (Carlos Salinas, Ernesto Zedillo, Vicente Fox, and Mexican President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador).

I also work with Native American Indigenous communities and artisans in New Mexico, helping export their products.
One of my current projects is working through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Indigenous missing persons.
My vision for SaaS—delivering software over the Internet rather than traditional purchases—is transforming Corporate America. I have been immersed in the digital world since developing my first game at 26.
For 35 years, I have led import/export operations with Argentina, India, the UK, Canada, and China. In 2011, I created the platform website and global marketing for the National District Export Council World Tradeshow/Conference, expanding opportunities for international trade.
