David Kistin Manager, Technology and Economic Development, Sandia National Laboratories. David leads several programs that leverage the people, technologies, and facilities of the Labs in support of regional economic development. These include the Sandia Science & Technology Park, the New Mexico Small Business Assistance program (NMSBA), the Technology Readiness Initiative (TRGR), and the Center for Collaboration and Commercialization (C3). He is the past chair for the New Mexico Technology Council (NMTC) and vice chair for the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC).

Laura Hille joined Menaul School in 2018 as International Admission Director. She is passionate about international education and is excited to be a part of Menaul School’s focus on life-long learning and developing global citizens. In her role, Laura manages international recruitment, admission, and study abroad programs.

Previously, during her 7.5 years at the Institute of International Education (IIE) in New York City, she managed outreach, recruitment, and selection activities for a variety of global scholarship programs and institutions, including Schwarzman Scholars, Boren Awards, and New York University Abu Dhabi. Prior to IIE, Laura worked in Washington, D.C. at the American Society of Hematology on international programs and at the U.S. Department of State on the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Laura, her husband, and their two-year old daughter have enjoyed living in Albuquerque, making good use of the many hiking trails, and visiting New Mexico’s wealth of beautiful landscapes and historical sites.

Dr. Bill Goodman is a Technologist, Entrepreneur and a Master Results Coach and Speaker. He received his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA and a “Streetwise MBA Certificate” from the Small Business Emerging Leaders Program. Bill has worked in Space, Defense and Aerospace his entire career; he has more than 90 publications and his technologies have flown on 7 different space missions. He has authored 70 winning SBIR/STTR grants (Phases I-III) for companies he has worked for, companies he has owned, or for companies that he coaches. Bill is a Fellow of the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE), a Distinguished Alum of the University of New Mexico, a Partner in Vista Business Group, a nationwide M&A and investment group for the middle market, a charter Member of TIE Tampa, and the CEO/CTO of Goodman Technologies LLC, a Small Business, that designs and manufactures Disruptive Materials for Extreme Environments via 3D/AM and other State-of-The-Art processes. He is also certified in Integrated Wellness and a master of Neurolinguistic Programming and enjoys coaching and mentoring others.

Ramon Chris Cruz is the Managing Member and Co-Owner of Cruzer LLC, I leverage my expertise to drive business development and provide specialized international trade compliance support. Cruzer LLC delivers tailored services to select military support programs, catering to both U.S.- based and foreign entities.

My professional journey began with a decade of honorable service in the United States Air Force. Following my military career, I spent 28 years working in program support in Saudi Arabia, gaining valuable experience in international collaboration. I held various roles, including avionics technician, training coordinator, and Superintendent for PDM aircraft maintenance. I also managed significant programs, such as AWACS modifications and F-15 manufacturing initiatives.

In 2017, I co-founded Cruzer LLC, expanding our offerings to include International Trade Compliance Services for foreign entities. Today, our company holds multiple export licenses, enabling us to provide comprehensive management and oversight of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance and business development support services to U.S.-based and foreign firms, facilitating successful partnerships and growth.
